A meaningful and relaxing weekend in Sierra Nevada

This is an individual retreat (one or maximum 2 persons)
Our retreat includes an inspiring meeting, a talk with Thomas Gottwald to broaden your mind, heart and perception.
You have to know yourself and agree with yourself, to be able to accept and enjoy everything that the universe offers for you.
The whole universe is there to serve you, but you have to know what you really like, what catches your attention, what excites you.
To try to stop the inner dialogue, have a moment of rest from our incessant thoughts, to tune into a part of ourselves that we normally do not have access to, there are many ways: austerities, deep silence, devotional work, contemplation, worship, art or exposing yourself to oceans, deserts, or high mountains.
We do this through personal coaching. The mind stops and goes from myself to Myself. From this contact, new feelings, new sensations, new perspectives will emerge and little by little you will perceive life in a different way.
The world will not change, but you will see and live in it differently.
The retreat also includes a session of Balinese massage, thai aroma, quiromassage, reflexotherapy, facial massage, hot volcanic stones, tok sen and healing with Tibetan bowls with our masseuse Maryna Pererva. The massage is 1 hour 15 minutes.
In case the masseuse is not available, as an alternative activity we offer a visit to a local faith healer.
The retreat also includes a 1,5 hour hypnosis session with Thomas Gottwald.
